Every now and then I go on a parts hunt, I've been looking for these on and off for many years and finally found what I think is as close as I can get. They are the wire clips. These are made to hold more wire and they don't make a smaller one. On the bright side they are almost the same as far as measurements, the part that digs into the steel and leaves ugly on the paint is on the inside instead of the outside, and they are stainless. They do need to be closed up a little to hold the smaller wires though, I did one in the 1st pic, just a little squeeze with a pair of pliers.

Just took a min to get them in the store.

With the Clydesdale moving along so quick (thanks to Clint) and someone wanting to come pick up a rockshaft today, let alone all of the calls I've been getting on it lately since I've mentioned how cheap it is, I thought I could spare some time to finish it. We finished the jig today and put a locator pin in it so I couldn't weld them backwards. I am going to build 10 of them and have them done next week. I forgot how nice it is and how much more gets done with 2 extra hands around.

Clint got all of the parts blasted up today and they are ready to weld together and paint.

Got 10 of them welded up for Clint to clean up + blast tomorrow.

The rock shafts will be ready in time for the show next weekend.

Actually they are ready now. They will be available at the show and I will be getting them in the store after the show, rock shaft, oil impregnated bushings and clips will be in this kit, every piece Made in USA for $59.99.

Added the Wheel Horse 108537 / 253-44 Seal used on the 520-H brake shaft and many other models to the store yesterday. It's about 1/2 the price of most other places and NOT made in China lol. Also added the 1" exhaust locking nuts Made in USA.

I have the only front wheel bearing kits and grease caps in stock already NOT made in China that I think exist for the 520 as well, even the Toro parts are made in China. I'm working on getting the rock shafts in there now, had another call on them this morning...

Got the 520H front bearing sets in the store today. The bearing + race set is cheaper than just the bearings from everyone else (not including China junk), these are all Made in USA.

I found a shipping option yesterday for the dash plates that wouldn't fit in the flat rate box for about the same price so I got back to this long overdue project... There are also some other bigger things that can go in the store now without having to mess with the flat rate shipping. :smile2

Started on the guide for the bend last night and finished it up today. It's within .001" from end to end so I stopped there before I went too far and had to start over. The same guide and bend setting works on all of the metal plates. I have 100 of the older styles to bend now and had to come up with a way to get them done quickly and accurately.

Justin brought something to my attention last weekend. I thought the lift height adjustment knobs were in the store but they weren't. But they are now.
