noisy idler pulley was created by motor12
The idler pulley on my RJ58 is real noisy. What is normal for this small pulley.
1958/model RJ58
1964/model 854

noisy pulley doesn't sound right to me but cant say about your model.........maybe needs new bearings or bushings is my guess and that's only a guess....:smile2

When I got my charger, I had to replace the idler because the bearing was so bad that the pulley was bent.

Just going to replace it, I hate bearings that get noisy..
